MAINTENANCE EXECUTIVE (FACILITIES MAINTENANCE)

Qualification
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering/building maintenance or other related fields with 5 years (in executive field).
Other Requirement
- Computer literacy.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals.
- Able to work under pressure and challenging timelines.
- Able to work with minimal supervision.
Responsibility
- Scheduling and overseeing all maintenance and related work.
- Plan and manage all repair, troubleshoot and installation.
- Supervise and lead all maintenance process and operations.
- To perform other function that may require from time to time as instructed by Management.
OPERATION SUPERVISOR (TELAGA TUJUH)
Deadline : 10 November 2023
Qualification
- Ceritificate/SPM/STPM/Diploma Holders with 3 Years experience (in supervisory field).
Other Requirement
- Good in communication and leadership skills.
- Good command of written and spoken in Bahasa Melayu and English.
- Energetic person (fit with indoor and outdoor activity).
- Basic knowledge in electrical & plumbing work.
Responsibility
- Coordinating and supervising operation at Telaga Tujuh.
- To ensure all facilities are properly maintained and in good working condition.
- Handling landscaper workers regarding attendance and work schedules in order to make sure all project are on track.
- Liaise and cooperate with tenants regarding cleanliness, maintenance and presentation of shop lot.
- To ensure all payment or fees are collected as instructed by the Management.
- Handling customer complaint.
- To perform other function that may require from time to time as instructed by Management.
