If you having problem purchasing ticket/s please read instructions below and if problem persist, please do not hesitate to contact our team.

STEP 1
Book your tickets via our online booking page and pay by credit card/debit card or online banking.

STEP 2
At the end of your booking process you will receive invoice email with QR codes of your booking. The first email is from SenangPay and the second email is an Invoice with QR Codes.

Both emails have details regarding the payment, the order number, product details, customer details and transaction reference.

You can scan your QR codes from your email at our entrance gate to enter SkyCab.

If you have any issue(s)
NOTES
If you did not receive Invoice with QR codes once you has made the payment, please check your junk mail folder in case the email has been marked as spam. In case you still did not received, please contact us at 04-9612000 or email us at info@panoramalangkawi.com with details of the payment i.e:-

1. Transaction code (from SenangPay)

2. Order number (Invoice )

3. Amount paid

4. Product details

5. QR Code

For other ticket holder such as Private Gondola, VIP Gondola, Glass Bottom Gondola, 360 Gondola and Express Lane are required to identify yourself to our staff at Langkawi SkyCab entrance for further assistance.
