SECURITY SERVICES ASSISTANT

        Job Responsibilities 

  • To provide security surveillance and crowd control services.
  • To provide fast, friendly and service of exceptional quality to customers of Panorama Langkawi Cable Car
  • To provide information on product available at Panorama Langkawi Cable Car
  • To provide general information about other tourism products and general information about Langkawi.
  • To assist and secure sales of all product at Panorama Langkawi Cable Car to walk-in customers/FIT.
  • To assist and provide assistance to handicap and the elderly.
  • To attends to customer’s complaints and collect feedback.
  • To provide basic 1st Aid assistance when required.
  • To provide other Customer and Security related services as required.

       Job Requirements

  • Candidate should possess at least SPM/STPM.
  • Applicant with tertiary qualification in Tourism and Hospitality may also apply.
  • Must have good communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both spoken and written.
  • Knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
  • Responsible, reliable and able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Excellent problem solving ability and some computer knowledge (Excel, Word etc).
  • Good attitude and able to work as a team.
  • Ex-Serviceman/ex-Police or some experience as Security personnel is an added advantage.
SENIOR EXECUTIVE (SECURITY, SAFETY, HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT)

        Job Purpose

  • To lead security, safety, health and environment operation to support company’s core business activities through efficient, effective, optimum cost and professional manner at the highest department’s KPI to meet organization strategic objective.

        Job Responsibilities

  • Develop, coordinate and supervise the implementation and maintenance of a comprehensive occupational safety and health program designed to prevent injury, occupational illness and damaged to property.
  • Responsible for planning, developing and implementing security plans, security programs such as Emergency Response and Crisis Management, Physical Security, Information Protection, Incident Management and/or Investigation.
  • Recommend safety and health directives and maintain safety related manual including preparation and distribution of appropriate updates.
  • Establish and implement safety training objectives. Conduct or provide for safety and health related training.
  • Conduct and supervise facility and site inspection, job hazards analyses and other evaluations to identify hazards and potential risks. Make recommendations to Head of Departments as required.
  • Conduct post-accident investigation. Develop and chair accident review committee. Make recommendations for changes in equipment and processes to correct unsafe conditions.
  • Assist with other risk management and environmental health issue.
  • Ensure that the access control, disaster recovery, business continuity, incident response and risk management needs are properly addressed.
  • Maintains knowledge of current security issues and security technology and update management on risk and threat that could impact company business.

       Job Requirements

  • Ability to prioritize, organize workload, able to work under pressure and respond quickly to urgent needs and rapidly changing priorities.

  • Possess strong leadership skill
  • Possess excellent customer service skill

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

        Job Responsibilities

  • Responsibility to define a business strategy of the organization including technology, developing, maintaining consistent quality control and standardizing procedures and policies of smart partnerships.
  • Responsibility to define a business strategy of the organization including technology, developing, maintaining consistent quality control and standardizing procedures and policies of smart partnerships.
  • Researching organizations and individuals to identify new leads of potential new business partnership.
  • To write business proposals including research o the feasibility of new product in line with the Business plan set by the company.
  • Monitoring all business partner’s daily sales.
  • To ensure all business partners SOPs are in accordance to the company’s requirements.
  • To ensure customer’s service training for business partner’s employees on regular basis.

     Job Requirement 

  • 3 years working experience in Business Development or its equivalent.
  • Diploma or Degree holder in Business Administration.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and relationship management.
  • Experience of supervising or managing a team is preferable.
  • Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Mature, responsible and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Possess excellent inter personal customer service skill
  • Possess good paper writing skills.
WIREMAN PW4

        Job Responsibility

  • To carry out minor and major preventive maintenance & in house corrective maintenance.
  • To perform trouble shooting in any type of facilities failure & update daily facilities operation status.
  • Assist chargeman/assistant chargeman to preservation of power system throught planning of preventive maintenance and repair work.
  • To Supervise, Inspect, Maintenance amd Improve the Earthing System for all Six Top Stations, Cable Car Stations and Buildings on six monthly basis.
  • To Inspect, Maintenance and Repair the Mobile Generators and Standby Generators on weekly basis.
  • To Inspect, Maintenance and Repair all components of Low Voltage (LV) system.
  •  

      Job Requirement 

  • 3 years working experience in Electrical Power System or its equivalent.
  • SPM and Competency Certificate Suruhanjaya Tenaga Category PW4
  • Possess good verbal and written skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Ability to prioritize, organize workload, able to work under pressure and respond quickly to urgent needs and rapidly changing priorities.
  • Computer literate inclusive basic handling skills in Microsoft Office packages.
  • Mature, responsible and able to work with minimal supervision

INTEGRITY & GOVERNANCE OFFICERS

        Job Responsibility

  • Monitor the efficiency of corruption risk management, abuse of power and misconduct in the organization.
  • Avoid conflict of interest in all the execution of official duties.
  • Prepare a Company Anti-Corruption Plan.
  • Plan, implement and coordinate integrity strengthening programs.
  • Advise the Company on matters involving integrity, corruption and abuse of power.
  • Establish a systematic integrity complaints system to ensure action is taken on every complaint of criminal misconduct, corruption, abuse of power and misconduct as well as violations of organizational code and ethics.
  • Advise the Company in matters involving legal matters and legal action.

      Job Requirement 

  • Open to Men and Women.
  • Have at least a Degree / Diploma in Law or in a related field.
  • Work experience not less than five (5) years.
  • Has excellent service performance and is free from disciplinary records.
  • Can communicate in Bahasa Melayu and English well.
INTEGRITY ASSISTANT & GOVERNANCE

        Job Responsibility

  • Management of receiving information / complaints on criminal misconduct, abuse of power, irregularities and systematic violations of company code of conduct and ethics to ensure action on every information / complaint.
  • Detect and verify of complaints of criminal misconduct, violations of the company’s accepted code of conduct and ethics and subsequently ensure that appropriate criminal action is taken.
  • Ensure the culture, institutionalization and implementation of integrity in the company is achieved.
  • Ensure and address issues related to integrity, especially corrupt behavior, malpractice and abuse of power.

      Job Requirement 

  • Open to Men and Women.
  • Have at least a Diploma or Certificate in a related field.
  • Work experience not less than two (2) years.
  • Has excellent service performance and is free from disciplinary records.
  • Can communicate in Bahasa Melayu and English well.
  • Can work in groups and have good communication skills.
