Job Requirement
- At least qualified in Diploma Holder or equivalent in related field such as Quantity Surveying/Civil Engineering/Architecture.
- Minimum 5 years working experience in related position
Other Requirement
- Excellent attention in detail.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations .
- Strong understanding of construction processes and techniques.
- Time management and organizational skills.
Responsibility
- Overseeing and inspecting construction work to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Monitoring the quality of materials and workmanship on site.
- Ensuring health and safety protocol regular progress reports.
- Maintaining detailed records and producing regular progress reports.
- Coordinating site meetings and inspections.
Term
- Contract Basis
